LIGHT INTO EUROPE

There are over 100,000 people in Romania who suffer from severe visual impairments or are blind. Our vision at Light into Europe is to deliver essential services to children and adults who are blind across Romania. Our mission is to assist people who suffer from severe visual impairment to gain mobility, freedom and independence and play an active role in their communities. Our main services include providing Guide Dogs for the Blind, Orientation and Mobility training and adapted text books for schools

There are over 40,000 people in Romania who suffer from severe hearing loss or are deaf. We desire to support these people by providing life skills training through creative education, Romanian Sign Language courses, advocacy and early intervention support.
